As a woman who wears many hats, a stay-at-home mom, fitness boutique manager and instructor, majorette advisor, and event planning committee member, I know what it means to have a full plate. When I enrolled in the Conversations that Click class offered by Click Pragmatics, I was hoping to pick up a few tools to communicate more effectively in the different roles I take on, but I walked away with so much more than I expected. Casie has a gift for breaking big ideas into approachable, actionable steps. Her course helped me communicate with greater confidence, especially during difficult conversations. I left with practical tools I can apply to managing a team, planning events, leading with purpose in my community, and even improving communication at home. I had the pleasure of taking the “Social Intelligence: The Training Before the Training” course, and it truly stands out. Unlike other training programs that feel robotic, this course is refreshingly human and intuitive. It helped me feel more comfortable using language diplomatically and effectively in workplace conversations. Not only was Casie's course highly impactful, but it is extremely easy to learn from her. Casie's energy & passion come through with every lesson and it feels like she is supporting you the whole way through, as if you're having a genuine 1:1 conversation.  My favorite part was learning about all the different communication styles. As someone who works with individuals from multiple industries and backgrounds, I found this section to be extremely beneficial in understanding my own communication style and how to engage with people whose styles are much different than mine. I felt past conversations literally click (no pun intended) and now feel more confident & prepared moving forward with past/future clients.
